Our Title Plant Analysis and Audit Service is available whatever title plant software you use to store your documents, and provides a report to inventory your plant, with an identification of missing pages, dates, and legal descriptions; standardize your book type, document type, addition, and city lists; validate your index data, identifying out of order dates and illegal characters, invalid values, and incorrect formating in all your index fields; and verify your data by intelligently comparing your Grantor/Grantee indexes to computer readings (OCR) of the actual document images.
